The Home Health Aide provides assistance to an individual in bathing, skin care, hair care, dressing and other personal needs. They record and chart vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse on every visit and report abnormal findings to the nurse. They also promote safety maintaining a clean environment throughout their visit.
